Be Kind Yoga & Pilates
At Be Kind Yoga + Pilates, we believe that wellness begins with kindness toward ourselves, each other, and our community. Located on the west side of Albuquerque near Cottonwood Park, our studio is a welcoming space where movement, mindfulness, and connection come together to support mental and physical well-being.

We offer hot yoga, mat-based Pilates, Sculpt, and a variety of workshops designed to strengthen the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit. As a mat-only studio (no reformers), we focus on accessible, purposeful practices in a warm, supportive environment.

Kind Flow
(Vinyasa)
Kind Flow is a breath-to-movement Vinyasa class that invites you to flow with intention, strength, and compassion. Expect creative sequences that build heat, enhance flexibility, and develop mindful awareness—set to an uplifting playlist and supported by a welcoming, non-judgmental space.
Whether you're deepening your practice or just beginning, this class meets you where you are. Come to sweat, move, and reconnect—with yourself and your breath.

Core Kindness
(Mat Pilates)
Turn up the heat and fire up your core in this energizing mat Pilates flow, designed to sculpt, strengthen, and stabilize. Set in a heated room (95–105°F)., this class blends classical and contemporary Pilates sequences with a dynamic, athletic pace. Expect intentional movement, targeted core work, and full-body engagement—all delivered with the mindful, welcoming spirit of Core Kindness.
Perfect for those looking to sweat, tone, and connect breath to movement in a supportive, high-energy environment. All levels welcome; modifications and progressions are always offered.
Kind Release
(Restorative Yoga)
Kind Release is a deeply restful and nourishing restorative yoga class designed to help you unwind, reset, and reconnect. Using supportive props and longer-held poses, this practice gently opens the body, soothes the nervous system, and encourages total relaxation—no effort, just ease.
Perfect for stress relief, recovery, or simply slowing down in a world that moves fast. Soft lighting, calming music, and a compassionate atmosphere create the perfect space to let go.
All levels welcome. Room-temp.
Empower Sculpt
(Sculpt)
This is your power hour. Empower Sculpt is a high-intensity, music-driven class that combines strength training, cardio bursts, and mindful movement to tone your entire body. Using light weights, resistance bands, and bodyweight exercises, this class builds lean muscle, boosts endurance, and leaves you feeling empowered—physically and mentally.
Set in a heated room (95–105°F), this class brings the burn while staying rooted in the supportive, inclusive energy of Be kind Yoga + Pilates. Expect motivation, sweat, and serious sculpting.
Open to all levels—come ready to move, sweat, and step into your strength.
Radiate Kindness
(Hot Yoga)
Radiate Kindness is a powerful and uplifting hot yoga class that blends strength, flow, and mindfulness in a heated room (95–105°F). This invigorating practice is designed to build heat from the inside out—boosting circulation, improving flexibility, and detoxifying the body through dynamic movement and intentional breathwork.
Expect an energizing flow rooted in kindness: to your body, your mind, and your practice. Set to motivating music in a supportive, inclusive environment, this class will leave you feeling strong, clear, and radiant.
All levels welcome. Come hydrated and ready to sweat.
Rocket + Release Your Joy (Ashtanga)
The heart of this class is simple: we practice easy things until they feel hard, so that when we face hard things, they become easy.
We begin with the playful fire of Rocket-inspired Ashtanga, moving through accessible shapes, flowing sequences, and mindful repetition. Over time, what once felt easy will challenge your strength, focus, and breath.
From there, we soften into the deep stillness of Yin, surrendering into longer holds that nurture the fascia, joints, and subtle energy pathways. Here, effort dissolves into ease, reminding us of the balance between strength and surrender.
Set in a heated room (80°F).

Our studio was created with love, intention and community in mind - and we're excited to open the doors for hourly bookings.
Whether you're hosting a yoga or meditation workshop, a sound bath, creative gathering (bride to be private pilates celebration or even an intimate birthday etc.), our space is here for you.

Hourly rental start at $75 (space only), vendor or teacher rate is not included.
